Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Engage with customers in the store, assess their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
- Stay knowledgeable about all product categories, including furniture, flooring, and appliances.
- Present financing options and explain promotions clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and follow company processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Skills:
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in furniture, appliances, or retail.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a bonus.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
